Questions
Questions clients ask before they book
How much does custom software cost?
It depends on scope, so we don't publish a rate card. After a free 30-minute discovery call we send a fixed-price proposal, so you know the total cost before any work starts.
How long does an MVP take?
Most MVPs take 4 to 8 weeks. The exact timeline depends on how many features and integrations the first version needs, and you get a realistic estimate in the proposal.
What happens on the discovery call?
You describe what you're trying to build or fix, and an engineer asks questions about users, data, integrations and constraints. By the end you'll know whether we're a good fit and roughly what the first version should include. The written proposal follows within 3 days.
What if the scope changes during the project?
The proposal spells out what is included. If you want to add or change something later, we tell you the effect on timeline and cost first, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Who owns the code?
You do. All code and IP are yours, and we're happy to sign an NDA before you share any details.
What technologies do you work with?
Mostly Python (Django, Flask) and JavaScript (React, Next.js, Node.js, React Native), with SQL and NoSQL databases and AWS for hosting. For AI work we use libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras and Pandas. We pick the stack that fits the problem, not the other way around.
Can you add AI to a product we already have?
Yes. For example, we replaced SQL-query job matching on a chatbot platform with a trained neural network that recommends jobs from historical application data. We start by checking whether AI is the right tool for your problem at all.
Can you modernize a legacy system without stopping the business?
Yes. We start with an audit and a migration roadmap, then replace the system in small steps rather than one big cutover, so the old and new parts keep working together while you move over.
Can you work in my time zone?
Yes. We agree on overlap hours at the start, work in English, and keep communication in your preferred channel, with weekly written updates.
Do you support the product after launch?
Yes, if you want it. Ongoing support and feature work is available on a monthly plan, or you can take everything in-house with the documentation we hand over.

That's what the discovery call is for. Bring the problem, even if it's only a rough idea, and we'll help you shape the scope.
